There is a regular market and farmers market and the town has various points of interest which include the town sign and unusual clock tower dating from 1679. Richmond Park Golf Club sits on the outskirts of the town in a rural setting. Watton is an excellent centre for exploring, enjoying a day's horse racing at Fakenham and Newmarket, the National Trust property at Oxburgh, Go Ape at Thetford Forest, the culture of the historic city of Norwich and the abundance of walking, cycling and bird-watching opportunities the whole area has to offer.

Fairview is a luxuriously furnished two-bedroom ground floor apartment, overlooking the 18th Fairway of the golf course. It offers delightful parkland views with the amenities of the Club House, which include a bar and restaurant, and the thriving market town of Watton close by. Fairview is next door to property 1068 and also enjoys reduced green fees at Richmond Park Golf Club and at seven other local golf clubs. Shop: 0.75 miles Pub: 0.50 miles.
