The Lodge is a charming self catering holiday cottage.

Full of character with a splash of contemporary living, exposed oak timber a feature throughout.

Set in the heart of the West Sussex countryside close to the downs link walks, cycle routes and many attractions .

There is a patio for guests to enjoy overlooking a small lake and countryside.

The market town of Horsham with shops, restaurants and historic building is only 3 miles away.

A high standard of furnishing throughout and is immaculately maintained

Entrance through large patio doors into open plan lounge including colour tv, dvd & music centre.

The dining area has a good size table and comfortable chairs.

Modern kitchen fully equipped with electric double oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & fridge/freezer.

Hallway leads to 2 double bedrooms, 1 with king size beds, 1 with single bed that converts to a double or split level singles. Each bedroom has built in wardrobes.

The bathroom has walk in power shower, heated towel rail and shaver point.
