Kids have their own Jolly Roger club plus a daily programme of events to keep them amused. There’s also a sports-ground, kiddies playground and mini-golf site.
The Tropicana heated indoor pool complex has 4 pools - a fun pool, sports pool, whirlpool and toddlers splash pool. So whether you want a serious swim or just a splash around, there’s a pool for you whatever the weather
Welcome is situated just a few minutes level walk to award-winning Dawlish Warren beach and conservation area, and within easy reach of a host of local attractions and places of interest for great days out. We are only 20 minutes from the motorway network and there are good rail and coach connections from other parts of the country as well as reliable local bus and train service.
Accommodation is in self-catering caravans, bungalows and apartments at prices to suit every pocket and they are all fully equipped to a high standard with microwave, fridge freezer and colour TV connected to our special movie channel.
For 2006 we are introducing our brand new “Casita” Holiday Homes – uniquely designed Spanish-style accommodation on 2 levels. These very comfortable holiday homes are set in landscaped gardens and come with their own private balcony and parking space.
Prices for all accommodation include electricity and crisp cotton bed linen.
Other on-site facilities include shops, launderette, restaurant, takeaway and amusement arcade. Our hire service can supply cots, highchairs, pushchairs and sun-loungers plus many more useful items.
Pets are welcome in selected holiday homes and the surrounding area can offer some lovely walkies, including parts of the beach.
