Nash Manor is a 'haven for relaxation and contemplation', it was originally a 15thC manor house, which became a locally prominent farm house, Victorian private house and now a family run bed and breakfast. Nash is situated close to the South Downs and just one mile from Steyning making it ideal for cyclists and walkers alike travelling along the South Downs Way and Downs Link.

We offer very comfortable and well appointed accommodation with lounge, dining room and bedrooms for up to eleven guests, within each bedroom there are tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities available along with mineral water and biscuits. We also have a fridge on the same floor as the bedrooms containing fresh milk - this can also be used by guests for their own provisions. The bedrooms are either en suite or with private facilities, guests can enjoy our own range of toiletries containing organic essential oils!
Guests can also appreciate the grounds including our organic vegetable and herb garden and or course beautiful views towards the South Downs.

Guests are welcome to arrive after 4pm and we ask that rooms are vacated by 10h30.

A full English breakfast, traditional or vegetarian is provided using organic or local fresh food and our own eggs. A packed lunch can also be provided (subject to notice) should you require one. There are many local restaurants and pubs to eat in Steyning and the surrounding villages to suit all tastes.

Complementary therapies are available (by appointment) in our Therapy Room for the guests at Nash. Liz has been qualified for 8 years and you are sure to find this therapy extremely relaxing! In addition to catering for the needs of short and longer term guests we have taken advantage of the very special atmosphere at Nash to make it available for the holding of small courses on health related subjects and other matters. These take the form of either day, weekend or weekday courses all including a 2-course lunch and refreshments. In the breaks people are fee to walk around the grounds and explore the many features we have at Nash including a Labyrinth and Stone Circle. Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage are available to Guests.

Nash is an ideal base from which to explore many National Trust Houses and gardens, Wildlife Centres and other places of interest. We are within easy reach for Arundel to see the Historic Castle and Cathedral, Chichester for Goodwood race course and motor racing, Brighton to visit the Pavilion and The Lanes for shopping and Worthing to watch the bowling and walk along the promenade! Details of places of interest are available on request. 'We are cyclist and walker friendly and can also arrange cycle hire for you during your stay.

We accept most credit and debit cards, a deposit of 25% is required when booking which may be non-refundable either, in the event of not taking up the booking, or not being able to give a last 2 weeks' notice of cancellation. We respectfully ask all our guests not to smoke in the house.

At Nash Manor we are very committed to protecting the environment in whatever way we can. We recycle as much as possible, use energy saving light bulbs & eco-friendly products and much more! Why not visit our links page and find out how you can do your bit!

We joined the Green Tourism Business Scheme in 2007 and after our assessment we were awarded Gold for our efforts in environmental awareness, social and economic issues.
