Delightful 15th Century Grade II listed cottage in the beautiful medieval town of Rye, situated right by the “Landgate” entrance to the ancient citadel.

Exposed beams throughout, open hearth with gas coal burner, plus gas c/h, w/m, microwave etc, sunny private courtyard with furniture and BBQ.

TV, CD/radio, videos, books and games provided, plus all bed linen and towels. A wonderful, comfortable stay.

Fabulous country walks on the doorstep and choice of beautiful beaches three miles away.

Children welcome, no smoking. Weekends and short breaks available.

Not suitable for very elderly or infirm due to curved stairs to all floors.
